Aberdeen Cyrenians staff and service users will be treated to the traditional biscuit or meringue nests after Walkers Shortbread made the towering donation.

The charity said: “We received one of our sweetest donations of the year from Walkers this week with a massive four pallets of shortbread and meringue nests.

“Every food parcel, shoebox, drop-in appointment and street alternatives attendee will be getting a sweet treat away with them over the coming weeks, much to everyone’s delight.

“Thank you Walkers.”
