SHARE has refreshed and improved the opportunity for housing associations and co-operatives to take part in e-learning. E-learning has been very popular for Committee/Board learning and we are excited to announce that it is now also available to staff.
The e-learning will help new Committee/Board members get a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities and help develop their knowledge. The units are just as valid for experienced members to consolidate what they know and as the units have all been refreshed there is benefit from taking part again.
E-learning for staff is a great way to cover some of the annual topics without actually leaving the office. You can find out more about our e-learning HERE.
We will be providing more titles as and when they are developed.
Why would you want to use e-learning?
- You can undertake study at anytime and anywhere
- You to stop and leave the module and when you return it will take you right back to where you left off
- Once a module is completed you can take an assessment and once passed you can print your own certificate to prove you have completed that module
- All your e-learning is recorded for future use
- It’s free to members.
