Craigdale Housing Association director Liz McGinniss has tendered her resignation and left the association after 26 years.

Having her last day on Friday 29th May, Liz leaves with some great memories of working with Craigdale’s tenants, management committee, staff, contractors, solicitors, auditors and other providers over the years.

Liz had met with many people over the past couple of weeks to personally thank them for helping make her career a real success.

The management committee at Craigdale has appointed Anne Marie Brown (nee McCann), the association’s current projects manager, as its new director with effect from today.

Anne Marie left her post as depute director with Dunbritton Housing Association in July last year to join Craigdale and in addition to the wealth of experience she has brought, she is full of enthusiasm and passion for the organisation.

Anne Marie said she is completely committed to continue the good work being done at Craigdale and has huge ambitions to build upon all of its achievements.

She said: “I have had the pleasure of knowing Liz for a good number of years. She will be sorely missed at Craigdale as her passion and commitment to housing and Craigdale was second to none.

“I am honoured to be taking over from Liz and continuing Team Craigdale’s journey to excellence. I am looking forward to the challenge of maintaining and developing Craigdale’s high standards and reputation, and most importantly, along with Team Craigdale making sure our tenants continue to receive excellent services from us.”
