Glasgow apartments plan submitted at former job centre offices
Spectrum Properties (Scotland) Ltd has submitted plans to convert an empty job centre building in Bridgeton into 49 flats.

The offices on Muslin Street at Acorn Street were closed in February 2018.
The developers want to convert the premises into 39 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom flats, with 38 parking spaces also included.
A statement submitted with the planning application reads: “The proposed scheme will complement and contribute to the local area providing additional good quality private rental apartments that are in great demand.
“It provides a sustainable re-use of a redundant building, with little likelihood of the building being returned to a commercial use due to lack of demand.”
