Members of the energy advice team at Hillcrest Housing Association met with Police Scotland at Hillcrest HQ last week to discuss partnership working in Dundee.

Staff from Hillcrest’s Tenant Sustainability Service, Tenant Participation team and HEAT (Hillcrest Energy Advice Team) met with Colin Martin, community police officer, to discuss working in partnership to signpost services for Hillcrest tenants in the Hilltown community.

HEAT worker, Euan Hird, said: “Colin has long term links to the Hilltown community and was interested to find out more about Hillcrest’s activities in the area.

“We offer a wide range of services that can help people to get out of crisis situations and if we can’t help, we know someone who can.

“Hillcrest is always eager to forge links with community engagement bodies and we look forward to working with Colin and his team in the future.”
