All social landlords provide the Regulator with a monthly return of a small set of key measures that focus on the main areas of impact on landlords’ operations.

Now available on the Regulator’s website, the dashboard presents data on landlords’ staff absence levels, the number of staff placed on furlough, rent arrears and housing lets. The dashboard also includes data on local authority homelessness applications and offers.

Landlords are due to submit the next monthly return for May on June 8.

The Regulator said it has committed to continue to work closely with the Social Housing Resilience Group to monitor the impact of the pandemic on landlords.
