Scotland’s Housing Network welcomes Abbeyfield Scotland

Scotlands Housing Network logoAbbeyfield Scotland has become the newest member of Scotland’s Housing Network.

The organisation joins the 122 registered social landlords who already benefit from the Network’s services.

Niall Patterson, chief executive of Abbeyfield Scotland, said: “We are delighted to join Scotland’s Housing Network. They provide a wide range of high value services to support social landlords of any size in Scotland.

“We are looking forward to taking advantage and benefitting from the dedicated practice exchange forums, as well as their well established and highly regarded performance benchmarking services.”

Scotland’s Housing Network director, Elaine Byrne, added: “We are delighted to welcome Abbeyfield Scotland to our network. They join our growing membership which represents almost 90% of the sector by stock in Scotland.

“It is an exciting time for Abbeyfield Scotland to join us as we have added to our already extensive range of services with our new value for money model, we are launching a new members’ website and business intelligence tool and are piloting a governance self- assessment framework. We look forward to working with Niall and his team at Abbeyfield Scotland.”
