It may be fair to say that the thought of another form of audit to add to the task list may fill some people with a sense of dread. However, a stress audit may be one of the most important exercises your organisation does as we navigate our way back from lockdown.

There is no dispute that one of the most important assets in a successful organisation is the staff team and this tool should be seen as a valuable way to recognise that. Now more than ever, workplaces and staff are more susceptible to stress.

HSE estimates that work related stress accounts for 54% of working days lost.
