In the Q3 2020 survey, WHA scored two 100% positive results in the seven questions asked to a sample of 216 residents.

All respondents indicated that WHA is doing a good job of keeping residents informed about services and decisions, while everyone taking part said they were satisfied with the opportunities available to participate in the landlord’s decision-making process.

The Association’s management committee said the results serve as further proof that Wellhouse residents are now continually receiving the excellent service they deserve in a vibrant community where people feel safe and happy.

The quarterly Continuous Monitoring Global & Health Check survey carried out by MI Housing Services assesses the quality of services provided by nine housing associations across the west of Scotland.

Bill Dickson, director of MI Housing Services, said: “It is clear from these results that everyone at WHA has been putting in the hard work needed to address the constant negative responses from a few years ago. The residents of Wellhouse deserve to see this continue.”

WHA chair, Darron Brown, said: “We thank MI Housing Services for their independent insight and agree that our residents deserve excellent service, which we always strive to deliver.

The results of the survey are further proof that Wellhouse staff go above and beyond for our tenants and we thank all of our residents who continue to remain optimistic during this challenging period with COVID-19.”
