Trust Housing Association combined its AGM and Tenants’ Conference for the first time last month at the Glasgow City Hotel.

With over 100 guests in attendance, including tenants, staff and special guest speaker Anne Cook, social housing services manager at the Scottish Government.

Rhona McLeod, Trust’s CEO, talked about the organisations admirable performance over the 14/15 financial year and the bright future that lies ahead.

After speeches from Rhona and chair of the board Pam Russell, Anne Cook officially launched Trust’s new Customer Involvement and Influence Strategy, which focuses on getting tenants involved with Trust at the level that is right for them.

During the afternoon guests attended different workshops hosted by Sporting Memories, Stroke Association and Alzheimer Scotland.

Rhona also announced two new Registered Tenants’ Organisations (RTO) from Trust’s Stornoway and Alloa developments. The day ended with the ever popular raffle.
