The development, designed by Collective Architecture and built by McTaggart Construction, consists of 18 cottage flats, 14 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom properties.

Costing a total of £2.9 million, the project was made possible by working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council and a grant of £1.3 million from the Scottish Government’s Affordable Housing Supply Programme.
