Abertay Housing Association has unveiled plans for a new residential development on the site of a former community centre in Dundee.
A planning application has been lodged seeking permission to build eight homes on a brownfield site on Angus Street in the Lochee area.
The semi-detached houses would each have three bedrooms, a private rear garden and two parking spaces.
A supporting statement submitted with the application by Wellwood Leslie Architects said the properties would be “designed to meet affordable housing requirements” and cater to a range of residents including families and seniors.
It added: “The aspiration of the development is to positively regenerate this site into a high-quality residential development that blends with the existing architectural fabric of Dundee and contributes positively to the local community.”
