The report is an update to ACHA tenants, stakeholders and partners on its activities, achievements and delivery against targets set.

It gives information on all aspects of ACHA’s performance, along with updates on tenant participation, complaints handling and its factoring service.

Alastair MacGregor, ACHA’s chief executive, said: “We are always pleased when we meet or exceed our targets but that doesn’t mean we are relaxing our efforts to provide the best service for our tenants and stakeholders. For example, a major focus for the Association is now on energy efficiency and doing all we can to tackle fuel poverty for our tenants, works which include external wall insulation, re-roofing and air source heating systems.”
