Anne Jarvie reappointed to Scottish Housing Regulator board
Minister for housing and welfare, Margaret Burgess, has announced the reappointment of Anne Jarvie to the Scottish Housing Regulator board.
Anne will take the role of deputy chair for one year from April 1 followed by a period of three years as a member of the board.
Retiring from her role as Chief Nursing Officer of Scotland in 2004, Anne Jarvie has gained experience during her career as both a clinician and a manager providing leadership and direction within the NHS.
Her time in the Civil Service provided an opportunity to develop skills in policy and guidance development and leadership implementation. She is an experienced board member having served on NHS 24 and currently St. John Ambulance in England.
Anne was also a member of the Commission established by Shelter Scotland to produce a report in June 2015: A blue print for Scotland Future.
