Another Investors in People accolade for Weslo
Weslo Housing Management has once again shown it is amongst the top performing organisations’ in the country by achieving the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation putting it in the top 0.5% of organisations who consistently perform at a higher level of people management.
Not content with this, Weslo is also one of only four organisations which has achieved all three accreditations simultaneously gaining the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award and the Investors in Young People Good Practice Award at Gold level.
The Assessor praised Weslo, which owns and manages approximately 2,500 affordable homes in the West Lothian and Falkirk area, for its commitment to excellence.
In their report, they said: “Having carried out this assessment in accordance with the guidelines provided I would like to congratulate Weslo for having achieved the higher level of Platinum. This is an exceptional achievement, as they join a small group of 22 organisations across Scotland recognised at this level.”
