Ruby came to Ayrshire Housing with a wealth of customer care experience gleaned in the Cretan hospitality industry. As well as running its annual pet competitions, she was instrumental in making Ayrshire Housing’s latest Design Guide fully species-neutral.

Following an intensive selection process, Ayrshire Housing is pleased to announce that Jasper will be replacing her. He comes following an in-depth training programme with Cats Protection.

Jasper is looking forward to incorporating the ongoing review of Housing for Varying Needs into the Association’s Design Guide. He’ll focus on maintaining unfettered cat access as Ayrshire Housing designs and builds highly insulated and air-tight building envelopes.
