Ardenglen Housing Association receives high tenant approval ratings
Ardenglen Housing Association has received tenant approval ratings of 90% or above through its wide-randing opinion survey.
The association received an almost perfect score with 99% approval on two key areas of keeping people informed and providing opportunities to participate in the decision-making process.
The survey also found that 94% of people said they were very satisfied or fairly satisfied with the service provided by Ardenglen. This number is above the Scottish average of 90%.
The questionnaire also indicated that value for money scored highly among those responding. Regarding rents, 94% of survey-takers said they were good value, this being 11% above the Scottish average.
The survey was welcomed by Ardenglen, which said it “always placed the highest possible emphasis on making sure its homes and its service met their tenants’ expectations”.
The survey also found that satisfaction with the repairs and maintenance service was a healthy 92% among those who had a repair carried out in the last 12 months.
It also revealed that 93% were satisfied with the quality of their home, this is 5% above the Scottish average for housing associations. It indicated that a further 98%were satisfied with Ardenglen’s management of their neighbourhood, 10% above the Scottish average.
The survey also highlighted that 93% said providing effective repairs and maintenance service was a “tenant priority”.

Our value for money approach has clearly resonated with our customers and we endeavour at all times to deliver on that.”
