Arneil Johnston reaccredited with IIP Platinum
Housing consultancy firm Arneil Johnston has retained its Investors in People (IIP) Platinum status, having been re-awarded the prestigious accreditation for the next three years.
Investors in People is an external accreditation that is awarded to organisations who are committed to investing in their people through training & development, leadership and creating a great place to work.
The Platinum accreditation is the highest level that the IIP body awards - with only a very small percentage of organisations assessed receiving this status. It was first awarded to Arneil Johnston in 2021.
Ruth Kelling, an IIP practitioner, said: “Arneil Johnston has once again achieved Platinum accreditation for the We Invest in People accreditation. It is rightly deserved. Their commitment to developing and supporting their people is well-established and underpins their ethos of continuous improvement. Their values drive their performance and every member of the team is dedicated to improving what they do for customers, but also for their colleagues. I am proud to be associated with such an impressive business and glad to have helped them achieve this brilliant accolade.”
Donna Milton, managing director of Arneil Johnston, said: “We are delighted to retain Investors in People Platinum, a magnificent acknowledgement for our small but mighty team. It demonstrates our continued success as a leading consultancy firm in Scotland.
“Our business has transformed over the last three years as we have continued to embed agile working, coaching, recognition, learning and development as the pillars of our employee experience strategy. I am immensely proud of our creative and extremely hard-working team and the work we do every day to ‘enable the Scottish housing sector to embrace change and improve’.”
