Arneil Johnston welcomes Investors in People Platinum accreditation
Housing consultancy Arneil Johnston is celebrating having achieved the prestigious Investors in People Platinum accreditation.
The award comes on the back of an unprecedented year for Arneil Johnston which, like all organisations, was faced with the consequences of the pandemic. In one of the most challenging years in Arneil Johnston‘s 25-year history, the company said it has shown great resilience, adaptability and innovation to not just survive but thrive as a business.
This accreditation means Arneil Johnston joins an illustrious group of high performing organisations which have achieved the highest level of recognition with Investors in People.
Ruth Kelling, a specialist with Remarkable, said: “I have been working with Arneil Johnston for 15 years and during that time have seen them navigate through succession, leadership maturity, restructure, change of business model, and culture development, all under the ethos of continuous improvement. I am always amazed how they respond to my suggestions and observations, taking them much further than I ever envisaged and to great effect.
“Their achievement of Platinum accreditation against the challenging IiP framework during the current times of adversity is remarkable. It is testament to their willingness to respond to feedback, and the hard work they have put in to create a supportive empowered operating environment. Their accolade is well deserved.”
Donna Milton, managing director of Arneil Johnston, added: “We are completely thrilled to have achieved Platinum IiP accreditation. Our business mission is ‘to enable the Scottish housing sector to embrace change and improve’ and for us achieving this depends on developing a highly engaged, talented and motivated team.
“We’ve experienced substantial change over the last 3 years, from transforming our operating model to digitising our entire business in 2020 when Covid struck. We’ve emerged stronger, more innovative and more optimistic than ever about the future. This is all down to our small but amazing team whose energy and drive to succeed never falter. I am immensely proud of them and delighted we’ve been recognised in this way.”
