Canonmills Gardens will see the creation of a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, penthouses and colony-inspired properties within landscaped grounds.

Architects, Shephard Robson, have carefully embraced the local setting when considering the design and orientation of the buildings as well as the external landscaping of the development, which will transform the former B&Q warehouse site. The first apartments will be released over the course of the next few months and completion is scheduled for Autumn 2020

Savills and Gilson Gray have already received notes of interest from local residents and individuals from further afield.
