Avant lodges £51m plan for 230 new homes in Netherburn
Avant Homes Scotland has submitted plans to deliver a £51 million development comprising 230 new build residential properties in the village of Netherburn, South Lanarkshire.
Called Southburn View and accessed via Annabel Road and Station Road, the proposed 17-acre site will consist of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes.
It will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types including terraced, semi-detached and detached homes as well as townhouses. Prices for the individual properties will be released if planning is granted.
Subject to planning, work at Southburn View is set to commence in October with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in summer 2025.
