Bancon Group appoints Jamie Tosh as managing director
Bancon Group has promoted Jamie Tosh to the position of managing director for Bancon Homes and Bancon Construction.
In his new position, Jamie Tosh will have responsibility for the company’s leadership and development. He will spearhead the implementation of safety protocols ensuring the well-being of staff and suppliers, lead revenue and profit growth strategies, foster business development initiatives, and enhance customer care and relationship management practices.
Jamie will also remain a key member of the Operating Board which oversees the group’s activities as a whole.

The group’s plans for growth across the portfolio of businesses have instigated two further new appointments.
Richard Fawcus joins in a brand-new role as partnerships land director, bringing with him 30 years of industry experience.
Bancon Partnerships specialises in land-led affordable, retrofit and construction projects across Scotland. It operates in diverse market sectors, including social housing, healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial and the public sector.
Richard will be focusing on growing the land-led affordable housing stream of the business across Scotland, specialising in the efficient delivery of much needed sustainable and energy-efficient affordable housing to tackle the Scottish housing crisis.
Also joining the group is seasoned marketing professional Laura Tough, bringing almost 20 years of corporate marketing experience, the last six of which were within the construction industry. She joins in the role of group head of marketing & communications and is responsible for all group businesses. Laura will deliver strategic and tactical brand marketing for both business and consumer audiences.
