The nominations are for its Lochside of Leys development in Banchory where it is a finalist in the House of the Year and Housing Development of the Year (Large, Private Sale) categories.

In addition to this, Bancon Homes is also a finalist for the Housebuilder of the Year (Less than 100 units).
