Business Fours drives property sector onto the green
After the success of Business Fives, Scotland’s national business five-a-side tournament, the Scottish Property Federation (SPF) is now backing Scotland’s first ever national business golf tournament.
Business Fours gives professionals the opportunity network with peers in their industry through its unique formula as well as to get out of the office and raise money for a good cause while enjoying a round of golf at this years’ Scottish Open venue, Dundonald Links in Troon.
Teeing off on April 6, the Construction, Housing & Property Heat, one of six different heats, is supported by the SPF.
David Melhuish, director of the SPF, said: “We are thrilled to be supporting the Construction, Housing & Property Heat of the Business Fours. It’s a fantastic way of getting the property sector together and raise some money for charity. We also want to help promote a better, more active lifestyle, so what better way to get people out from behind their desks and out onto the green than a friendly tournament.
“I’m sure it will be another great success following Business Fives and a chance for the property sector to not only network and raise their game on a professional level, but to have fun with some competitive rivalry on the course.”
Business Fours is maintaining its company commitment to donating ten per cent to charity and money raised through entry fees will go to The Yard and Beatson Cancer Charity.
John McClarey, managing director of Business Fours, said: “I am extremely pleased to have the support once again of the Scottish Property Federation. This tournament is a first-of-its kind and will no doubt appeal to many who have a love of golf.
“It’s a fantastic chance for businesses to network whilst getting a bit competitive and I hope we can raise as much money for charity as possible.”
This event is also being supported by Scottish Housing News and Scottish Construction Now. To enter your team in the Construction, Housing & Property heat of Business Fours on April 6th or for further information, please visit the website.
