Cairn Housing Association unveils new business plan
Cairn Housing Association has launched a “transformative” new business plan, propelled by insights gathered directly from their tenants, staff and stakeholders.
Designed to align with its overarching vision of Great Homes, Great Services, Great People, this strategic roadmap sets out six pivotal outcomes to guide the organisation’s efforts in the coming years.
Under the leadership of newly appointed chief executive, Audrey Simpson, the plan reflects a fresh chapter in Cairn’s journey, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of their tenants and communities across Scotland.
People, relationships and partnerships will have an elevated focus, with this connection key to its success. Building a stronger platform for tenants and customers to connect with Cairn through meaningful and targeted engagement is a key priority.
