Cairn launches new look website and brand identity
On its 25th birthday as an independent Scottish housing association, Cairn felt it was the perfect time to refresh its branding and website to give them a brighter and more modern design.
The new website provides features and services, such as a self-service portal and webchat, which are genuinely useful to tenants, other customers and prospective tenants.
Jason MacGilp, chief executive, said: “Cairn’s vision and values give us a clear direction on providing great homes, great services with great people, to start on our journey for the next 25 years. We have made great improvements in recent years and our new logo and website reflect who we are. We are determined to continue to drive change and improvements for our customers and communities.”
Neil Golightly, Cairn’s communications and engagement manager, said: “We live in a connected world and we are proud to launch a website which enables customers to contact us in new ways which are convenient to them and require minimum effort.
“We have developed the My Cairn self-service portal and our new webchat feature to be completely integrated with our contact centre technology and we’ve introduced genuine innovation with new ways to market our available properties. With a clean, uncluttered and responsive design, navigating round our site is easy for users and we are delighted to be so well placed to deliver on the future requirements around channel shift.”
