Cairn takes digital approach to reporting its annual performance
Cairn Housing Association has taken a new approach with its 2017 annual performance report as the Association looks towards the development of its digital services.
The Association they felt the time was right to move away from producing a paper report and has focused on putting the information online.
All of Cairn’s performance information is now on its website, where tenants can leave feedback on their performance and provide ideas on how they can improve. Cairn has found social media to be an increasingly useful took for engaging with tenants, partners and staff so, in an effort to reach more people, it has also produced a short animated film showing highlights from the last year, voiced by some of the Cairn team.

Jason MacGilp, Cairn’s chief executive, said: “It has been another year of great change at Cairn and our team can be proud of their achievements. We’re always looking at new ways of doing things and this is reflected in our new approach to producing our annual report. We have ambitious plans for our digital services and this is just the beginning of our journey.
“We’re all on the road to make Cairn the best it can be. We didn’t come this far to only come this far.”
