CALA to build over 100 more homes in Aberdeen
The housebuilder said the Craigbank development, which will launch next spring, will bring 119 homes to the area, including three, four and five bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, and a number of these have been designated as affordable housing.
Alongside this, there will also be investment in a sports and recreation area for residents.
The construction firm previously built the nearby Rosefield Gardens and Hayfield Grange development.
Mike Naysmith, the developer’s managing director in the north of Scotland, said: “Cults is an area that we have great experience with and know the market extremely well.
“This parcel of land is one of the most sought after in the city and we are now in prime position to transform it into a vibrant new residential community that will give us a presence in Cults until 2021.
“This is an exciting new development which will help us to build on our rich heritage in Aberdeen and we look forward to bringing Cults Park to life over the coming months.”
