Caledonia Housing Association appoints Samuel Zachariah as new procurement lead
Caledonia Housing Association has welcomed Samuel Zachariah as its new procurement lead.
Mr Zachariah joins Caledonia from the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust in Kendal where he was the deputy integrated procurement manager following 19 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas and Healthcare sectors.
Taking on the newly formed procurement role, Mr Zachariah will be responsible for Caledonia’s procurement strategy and will manage and provide expert advice, information and support on all procurement activities, generating value for money through effective and sustainable procurement.
Mr Zachariah said: “I am excited about the opportunity to join Caledonia Housing Association as I understand the importance of the homes and services it provides while the organisation is regarded as a great place to work.
