Cassiltoun rings in the festive season
Cassiltoun Housing Association’s annual Christmas celebration was a resounding success, bringing festive joy and community spirit to all who attended.
The event’s highlight was the heartwarming performance by the children from Cassiltoun Stables Nursery. Their delightful carol singing and the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree created a magical atmosphere for everyone.
Adding to the festive cheer, 40 lucky tenants were awarded a special £40 prize. The recipients were invited to the office to receive their awards, which added an extra layer of excitement and gratitude to the afternoon events.
The celebration also featured a variety of engaging activities, from festive crafts to seasonal refreshments, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our community came together to share in the festive spirit, making the event a memorable occasion for all.
Cassiltoun Housing Association said the joyous event reinforces its commitment to creating a strong sense of community and togetherness and is just one example of its ongoing efforts to engage with and support the community.
A spokesperson added: “Throughout the year, we have been actively involved in various community engagement initiatives. Our dedicated teams have worked tirelessly to address repairs and maintenance issues promptly, ensuring our tenants live in safe and comfortable homes. We have also provided welfare support to those in need, offering assistance and resources to improve their quality of life.
“In addition, we have been consulting with our tenants on services and the upcoming rent increase. We believe in transparency and value the input of our community members, ensuring that their voices are heard and considered in our decision-making processes.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated and helped make this celebration a success.”
