The firm will install 40 new boilers, 160 new heating systems, 40 new kitchens, and 191 new bathrooms for homes across the North Glasgow area.

Survey work is now underway and AM expects to be on site this summer.

CCG AM manager, Stephen Riley, said: “The contract with Hawthorn Housing Association was achieved through the competitive tender process which is testament to the CCG Asset Management Team and our unwavering ability to be competitive, and to deliver such an extensive contract.

“We are looking forward to working with the Association once again and the wider North Glasgow community in delivering this project, as well as being involved in community benefit initiatives for the area.”
