CCG to commence two contracts for Elderpark Housing Association
Elderpark Housing Association has awarded CCG Asset Management with a new contract as part of its planned maintenance programme for 2016-2017.
The AM team will undertake a suite of upgrades comprising 56 kitchens, 66 boiler replacements, 59 bathrooms, and various door and smoke detector replacements in the Govan Area of Glasgow.
Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management manager, said: “CCG Asset Management has worked with Elderpark HA for many years now. We are delighted to continue this partnership in 2017, and look forward to commencing on this project.”
CCG Specialist Building Services (SBS) will also be undertaking comprehensive tenement improvement works to 32 properties on Crossloan Road, also located in Govan. Works will comprise a full strip out, new layouts, roofs rainwater goods, kitchen and bathroom installation, new pass doors and controlled entry.
Paul Muldoon, CCG SBS manager, added: “The varying contracts presently being undertaken for the Association gives insight into the extent of the CCG Group’s capabilities. The works at Crossloan Road are extensive but our team is vastly experienced with projects of this nature and will ensure delivery within a 52 week programme.”
