Chief executive Lynn Wassell to leave Clyde Valley Housing Association
Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) chief executive Lynn Wassell will be leaving the Association this Summer after six years in the role.
Ms Wassell will move on to an exciting opportunity to head up the strategic development of new services for a children’s charity.
Lynn said: “I have so enjoyed working with the team here at CVHA and I leave it in the excellent hands of the experienced and capable executive team. I look forward to taking 35 years of experience of the housing sector in both England and Scotland to an exceptional and inspirational charity.
“I wish my colleagues at Clyde Valley all the very best for the future. I’m genuinely proud of the work we have carried out together as a team and thank everyone for their commitment. Clyde Valley provides an essential service to local communities and it’s been a privilege to help deliver this valuable role alongside my colleagues. I look forward to continuing to make a contribution until the Summer.”
Andrew McFarlane, chair of CVHA, added: “Lynn has brought a wealth of experience and energy to the role of CEO at CVHA. We all wish her success and happiness in her new role and thank her for her dedication and commitment during her time at Clyde Valley. The board will shortly instigate a process to recruit a new chief executive to ensure a smooth handover and transition.”
