CIH Futures #HousingCup 2018
The CIH Futures group is organising a bumper rounders tournament to support president Alison Inman’s 2018 chosen charity.
The contest will see four heats take place across the UK In May and June before a grand final in July.
Teams can set their own fundraising targets connected to Women’s Aid and start raising money for the cause. The minimum donation to take part is £150 per team.
Evie Copland from CIH Futures, who is also digital strategist at Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership, said: “This is set to be a fantastic event which gives people who work in housing the chance to come together, have fun and raise money for a fantastic cause.
“Women’s Aid does crucial work to support domestic abuse victims and we really want to make a big contribution to Scottish Women’s Aid as a result of this competition.
“We want to give everyone the chance to take part and the regional heats mean housing professionals from across the UK can get involved before our grand final in July.
“We hope to see lots of teams join us and we’re also looking for organisations to sponsor our events so that we can raise as much as possible for this great cause.”
