Cloch seeks views of tenants in satisfaction survey
Cloch Housing Association has enlisted the services of independent market research company, Research Resource, to carry out a full survey of its households looking at all the areas that will affect its tenants.
The survey will take place during September and October and will be conducted by telephone.
The association carried out its last tenant survey in 2018 and it now wants to take the opportunity to understand how it is getting on since the last survey.
The survey will ask tenants about their views on the services and information that the association provides tenants and their satisfaction with their home and they you live.
From March 2020, Cloch has been working differently and in line with Scottish Government guidelines. This year, the association will ask some questions about how the pandemic has changed how tenants get in touch with the association and how tenants want to be able to communicate with Cloch staff in the future.
Tenant feedback and comments about Cloch’s services is invaluable. By taking part in the survey, tenants will help to identify areas where the association is getting it right and, more importantly, areas where it could improve.
All the information given to the interviewers will be kept confidential and no one at Cloch will be aware of who has taken part or what individuals have said without their permission.
Cloch said: “As we look to continually improve our service, the completion of this survey is important and I would like to thank everyone in advance for their co-operation and time in completing the survey.”
