Jim had been a member of the management committee since 2008 and had served many years as vice chair and the past 3 years as chair.

He was instrumental in the close working relationship between Copperworks and Spire View Housing Associations and was genuinely passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for tenants, residents and the wider Royston community.

As a retired Chartered Accountant and Auditor, Jim was a great asset to the organisation, a complete professional and fantastic ambassador for Copperworks. He will be sorely missed by his fellow Committee members at Copperworks, Spire View and the joint staff team. Our thoughts are with Jim’s partner and family at this very sad time.

Jim’s funeral will take place at 12.15pm on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at Falkirk Crematorium.
