Cordale Housing Association delivers festive cheer
Cordale Housing Association has spread festive cheer by delivering 283 selection boxes to pupils at Renton Primary School, St Martin’s Primary School and Riverside Nursery.
In addition to the selection boxes Cordale chair Margaret McCallion and vice chair Martin Walker were delighted to present St Martin’s Primary School Pupil Council with a cheque for £100 for books for their school library.
St Martin’s Pupil Council had previously written to Cordale Housing Association requesting the donation with every member of the Pupil Council personally signing the letter.
After visiting the local schools and nursery school, Margaret McCallion, said: “Cordale are delighted to have been able to provide a small Christmas treat to all pupils at our local schools and nursery school, as well as the very worthwhile donation for St Martins Primary School’s library. Supporting our local community is very important to Cordale Housing Association.
“On behalf of everyone at Cordale Housing Association I’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
