Council leader opens 54 new Glasgow homes
Leader of Glasgow City Council, Frank McAveety, was on hand to open the newly completed Mosspark Boulevard, a 54 home development located in the south side of Glasgow.
Mr McAveety visited the project earlier this month and met some of the new residents.
The new development comprises 34 flats which are available for social rent by Southside Housing Association and 20 supported accommodation units that are incorporated for elderly tenants for Loretto Housing Association.
Mosspark was delivered using offsite Modern Methods of Construction utilising the CCG OSM closed panel timber system inclusive of insulation, service zones, windows and doors. All internal, common and close entry doors were also manufactured by CCG.
Mosspark Boulevard was completed in February of this year.
