Staff and committee members at Craigdale Housing Association enjoyed an away day at the Westerwood Hotel last week.

The morning session focussed on Strategic Business Planning and in particular reviewing the Association’s aims, objectives, mission statement and risks.

The afternoon was a fun session looking at communication, which was facilitated by Drumfun & Singing Trees.

Director Anne Marie Brown said: “Safe to say all our staff and committee thoroughly enjoyed the away day. Caron Quinn helped us with the strategic business planning side of the day and Steve certainly helped us improve our communication skills by the end of the afternoon!”
