The development is due to start on site next month and will see 52 new affordable homes being built in Troon and contributing to a 600 plus new homes expansion masterplan for the northeast of the town which includes both private and affordable housing.

The 52 energy-efficient new homes will comprise of new two and three bedroomed semi-detached houses and two bedroomed cottage flats for social rental.  The new development will also include parking and a fully landscaped village green with outdoor play facilities.
