Cube Housing Association staff are visiting every one of their tenants to find out how to improve services.

A new campaign - called ‘We’re here to help’ - will see housing officers knock on doors in every Cube community over the next few weeks to listen to tenants’ views.

It’s part of Cube’s pledge to do more for its 3300 tenants and ensure services are tailored to their individual needs.

Ann-Marie Fontana, head of housing at Cube , which is a member of Wheatley Group, said: “Our tenants are all different - there’s no one-size-fits-all - and we want to make sure our services are personalised and tailored to their individual circumstances.

“We’ll be getting up close and personal by knocking on doors and finding out face-to-face what tenants want from us.

“We’re talking to tenants about everything from minor repairs that need done to how we deal with anti-social behaviour.

“That way we can take our service to the next level.”

Tenant Deirdre McLaughlin, from Station Court, Lennoxtown, said: “I think this campaign is a really good thing.

“It means we’ll see more of our housing officers and if there are any issues in the area, they can deal with them straight away.”

Cube owns and manages 3,300 homes in Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, and Argyll and Bute.
