Situated at Green Street, the three-storey new build development offers flatted accommodation with lift access, making all of the properties fully accessible.

A mix of one and two-bed flats, together with a property designed to be fully wheelchair compliant, overall completion was achieved on 29 August 2023.

The £3.6 million development benefitted from £2m in Scottish Government Grant with the main contractor, Ashleigh Scotland Limited, delivering a quality build for the association.

All homes have been allocated and keys have been handed over to tenants.
