The Association entered the IIP Awards 2020 to raise awareness to its staff and voluntary board that its approach to developing all its people reflects IIP best practice across the country and that staff are aware of the positive impact on them and the organisation.

A spokesperson for Cunninghame said: “We’ve created a culture and values which ensure continuous improvement and people development are integral not only to how we operate but, in turn, to delivering our growth targets and massive impacts for our communities.”

The awards ceremony is taking place on November 24 at 1.00pm.
