Cunninghame Scrutiny Group recognise for excellence by TIS
Cunninghame Housing Association is celebrating after its Scrutiny Group won the Excellence in Scrutiny award at the TIS National Excellence Awards 2024.
Presented on November 7th, the award reflects the commitment of each CSG member, who volunteers their time and insights to help improve the quality and responsiveness of Cunninghame’s services.
For dedicated CSG member Christine Marshall, competing against other finalists — Aberdeenshire Council in partnership with Sheltered Housing Tenants’ Forum, Riverside Scotland in partnership with Riverside Scotland Service Improvement Group, and South Lanarkshire Council in partnership with Repairs Sub-group — makes this recognition even more meaningful.
She added: “I can’t believe we have won. I am so delighted for all our group members that their hard work and commitment to working with Cunninghame Housing has been recognised.”
Cunninghame Housing Association said the award is a reflection of the group’s hard work and dedication to service excellence and meeting the needs and aspirations of its tenants and customers.
A spokesperson said: “We are incredibly proud of this achievement and immensely grateful for the collective efforts of our volunteers, whose passion and commitment have made this possible. Congratulations to all involved!”
