The development has been presented with a ‘Quality Recognition Award’ from warranty provider Premier Guarantee.

Judges who visited Eskbank Gardens, which comprises new three, four and five bedroom homes, were impressed by the standard of site management, workmanship, health and safety, site tidiness and general co-operation.

Located seven miles from Edinburgh, Eskbank Gardens was the first development in Scotland to feature Dandara’s new Island collection of homes, which were designed to respond to the changing aspirations of homebuyers and the desire for flexible layouts, homeworking spaces and gardens.

As a winner of the Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award, Dandara East Scotland will be considered for this year’s National Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards.
