Dunbritton earns prestigious Investors in People Gold Accreditation
Dunbritton Housing Association has been recognised with Investors in People Gold Accreditation.
Over the past three years, the team at Dunbritton has collaborated with Investors In People to enhance their workplace practices, aiming to make their office an exemplary working environment.
Their efforts have culminated in the prestigious Investors in People Gold Accreditation, an internationally recognised standard present in over 50 countries and established for more than three decades.
This award reflected on the hard work that has been undertaken by Dunbritton to develop their staff; both to advance their career and to ensure that their customers across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute are receiving the highest quality of service.
IIP highlighted the positive impact Dunbritton is having on the communities it serves and detailed that throughout the process, staff at Dunbritton consistently detailed that it was a great place to work, in which they were respected, listened to, supported and encouraged.
Chair of Dunbritton’s board Sephton MacQuire said: “This award is a great reflection of the hard work and commitment shown at all levels of the organisation.
“Our Staff and Board have worked to make Dunbritton a great place to work and this has been reflected both in this assessment and in internal surveys.”
Allan Murphy, chief executive officer, stated: “I am delighted the team has been recognised with the Gold award.
“Their dedication and collaboration have led to remarkable success and showcased their exceptional abilities and commitment to sharing our vision and achieving shared goals.”
