Dundee window replacement plans to be considered by councillors
A total of 79 homes in the St Mary’s area in Dundee could benefit from window replacements if Dundee City Council approves tenders this week.
Over £700,000 worth of renewals to windows would be carried out to properties with work starting as early as October this year.
Neighbourhood services convener Councillor Heather Anderson, said: “It’s important we continue to invest in the city’s housing stock and ensure tenants benefit from having homes that are up to the latest standards operating in a comfortable and energy efficient way.
“Our latest round of proposals for window renewals look to achieve this and ensure that our tenants live in warmer and easier to heat homes.”
The Neighbourhood Services Committee will meet today.
