The Easterhouse Housing and Regeneration Alliance (EHRA) has leant its support to GlasgowNE Foodbank during the school holidays as it deals with an increase in demand.

EHRA members have been holding collections within Association’s offices and have made a donation which will allow the foodbank to buy items which are in short supply.

Tara McGuire from the Foodbank said: “We are very grateful to our friends at EHRA for their generous donation and the items which they have collected.

“Over the past few years EHRA has made several donations, held collections and provided volunteers to help at our centres, which we really appreciate.”
