Mary Davidson

Mary joined the management committee in 1999 and during her 25 years’ tenure held the positions of vice chairperson and chairperson. Mary played a key role on the committee leading the regeneration of the Easthall and Kildermorie communities in Easterhouse and the improvement in the delivery of the local housing service.

Mary also served on the committee of Easthall Residents Association where she displayed her passion to improve the quality of lives and opportunities for local residents through their programme of wider role activities and services.

Easthall Park chairperson, Paul Waddell, said: “The Association and wider community are deeply saddened by this news. Mary was selfless in her commitment to her community, where during her time our communities were transformed with new housing and services to benefit current and future residents.”

Mary’s funeral service will be held at St Benedict’s Chapel in Easterhouse at 10.00a.m. on Tuesday 3rd December, thereafter her cremation at 11.00a.m. at Daldowie Crematorium.
