Easthall Park receives platinum Investors in People award
Easthall Park Housing Co-operative has become the first Community Based Housing Organisation in Scotland to achieve the unique platinum Investor in People award.
The Investors in People standard explores practices and outcomes within an organisation under three performance headings: leading, supporting and improving.
Mary Davidson, chairperson of Easthall Park Housing Co-operative, said: “We are extremely proud to be the first Community Based Housing Organisation in Scotland to receive the investors in people platinum award. It is a great testimony that our Co-operative is viewed as an organisation that leads and inspires our people, have people that live our values, have a culture of trust and ownership with a managed performance framework that allows our committee and staff to deliver sustainable success for the community which we serve.”
Director John McMorrow added: “I am extremely proud and pleased to be working with a dedicated team of people who really make the difference for our community. This unique award testifies how hard they all work with everyone going beyond their day to day duties so that our community gets the best service possible.”
